Return and Refund Policy

Gems From Jaipur DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, however we do allow repairs and replacement for non-custom pieces within 7 days of the purchase date.  Please contact us by calling your designated account manager or by email at info@gemsfromjaipur.com or simply call the number +1 9097084296 and we will provide you with instructions for shipping the item/s.

For all repairs and replacements within 7 days, you must first request a confirmation from your designated account manager for your package.  Ship your package via UPS or Fedex  only and insure the package for the full purchase price. 

For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Gems From Jaipur is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Please mail the package to the address provided in the instructions you receive from info@gemsfromjaipur.com / designated account manager and ensure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package. Once the package is sent, you are required to share the tracking details with your designated account manager for him to track your package.
‍Gems From Jaipur will contact you upon the receipt of the package. Our Quality Inspection team must confirm the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 7 day period. All items must arrive back at Gems From Jaipur in their original condition.
