Gems From Jaipur reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without any obligations to inform anyone. All rights including copyrights, on this website is owned by gems from Jaipur. Any use of the site’s content or copying its content without the permission of gems from Jaipur is prohibited.

Payments-

All payments are collected through Bank transfers including Wire Transfers, Paypal or any other mode of payment as agreed by you and the designated sales rep. We do not recommend payments in cash.

All payments sent through the above mention modes are a responsibility of the bank/payment platform. We require a partial payment as low as 10% of the total quotation provided by the designated sales rep to begin the manufacturing process of your order.

The Process-

You can provide us your custom design in a sketch, screenshot, photo or a cad file. Once received, we will provide you with a complete 3D rendering of your product and custom quote. Once you are ready and confirm the quote we move ahead with the process.

1. After receiving your order you receive a Performa invoice which contains all the details of the order along with their respective quantity and quality details.
2. We require an advance (security) to begin casting your custom piece, you make the order with advance payment through bank wire, paypal or any other preferred payment option.
3. Once the advance is received we begin creating your custom piece of jewelery. You get to see photos and videos of the entire process from casting to finishing.
4. When the piece is ready, we share you a final detailed video of your product for your approval. Once approved, we provide you with an invoice for the rest of the balance. After the invoice is cleared by you, the piece moves to shipping.
5. Our standard shipping goes through UPS that reaches you with 3-5 days. We don’t charge any service charge of tax for shipping. However any import taxes imposed by your (buyer’s) country are taken care of by the buyer.

All materials and images displayed on www.gemsfromjaipur.com are property of Gems From Jaipur or their respective owners. All jewelry designs are copyrighted. Under no circumstances can you re-use any of the information on this site for your own personal benefit, and no copying of designs is permitted.

Please respect the designer’s time in making these items. Anyone using or purchasing www.gemsfromjaipur.com is considered to have read and understood the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions in compliance with current Indian law. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Additional Document for Imports-

In case you need any other supporting documents required for importing or approving these goods from customs in your country such as a certificate of origin, please let us know in advance.

Engraving and Stamping-

If you need any engraving or stamping such a metal quality, or any other engraving- please let us know in advance at the time of ordering.

Packaging-

If you require any special type of packaging, please give instructions at the time of order. Otherwise, your piece will be packed in our standard wooden boxes.

Faulty Products / Damaged items-

In an unlikely event that the item we sent is found to be defective, you can send it back to us for replacement. Overseas, items should only be returned using your country’s national postal service or we recommend using an insured delivery method as agreed with the instructions; However, we will not accept additional fees for Fed-Ex or other overnight courier services.
